About Us

Supporting Seniors with Care, Clarity, and Compassion.

A Few Words

TrueNorth Senior Services was created from a simple but very real need that many families experience today. Whether living far from parents or juggling busy daily lives, it is not always possible to be there when our senior loved ones need support the most. At the same time, technology is advancing rapidly, and many essential services now require online access, digital forms, and unfamiliar devices.

Our mission is to provide seniors with reliable, respectful, and practical support for everyday needs. From document renewals and online services to travel coordination and lifestyle assistance, we help seniors maintain their independence, confidence, and peace of mind, while reassuring families that their loved ones are well-supported.

Why Choose TrueNorth?

Trusted, Canadian-compliant support for seniors and their families.

We provide thoughtful, reliable support designed around the unique needs of seniors and their families, always delivered with compassion, respect, and dignity. All services follow Canadian regulations and are coordinated with licensed professionals when legal, financial, or immigration expertise is needed. Whether assisting with documents, technology, appointments, travel, or everyday tasks, we help seniors live independently while giving families peace of mind.

Our Leadership Team

Arezoo Mazaheri Tehrani

Co-Founder | Senior Support Specialist | Real Estate Professional

Arezoo Mazaheri Tehrani is a compassionate and dedicated professional with over 12 years of experience serving her community and seven years in the real estate industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Azad University and more than two decades of life experience in Canada, Arezoo has built a deep understanding of people’s needs — especially seniors who value trust, patience, and genuine support.

As a mother, wife, and daughter living far from her own mother, Arezoo understands how important it is to have someone reliable to care for our loved ones when life’s demands or distance make it difficult. Her years of managing a busy Tim Hortons allowed her to connect daily with seniors, listen to their stories, and understand their challenges. Later, as a real estate professional, she continued helping senior clients through important transitions like downsizing, relocating, or finding a comfortable new home.

Through TrueNorth Senior Services, Arezoo combines her community-focused background, organizational expertise, and heartfelt commitment to make life simpler and more comfortable for seniors and their families — providing trustworthy assistance with care, comfort, and confidence.
